Your Right to Be Forgotten

In compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and standard App Store privacy guidelines, you hold the right to completely and permanently delete your BullTick account and all associated trade data from our servers.

How to Delete Your Account (In-App)

The fastest and most secure way to delete your account is directly within the BullTick iOS or Android app:

1. Log into your BullTick App.
2. Navigate to the Profile tab.
3. Tap on the Settings gear icon in the top right.
4. Select Account Management.
5. Tap Delete Account and follow the confirmation prompts.

Security & Verification

For your security, we require that all account deletion requests be initiated from within a verified session in the BullTick application. This ensures that only the rightful owner of the account can authorize the permanent removal of trading data.

If you have lost access to your device or are unable to log in, please contact our support team atsupport@bulltick.app for identity verification and manual assistance.

Data Retention Statement

Upon deletion, all your trade journal entries, uploaded screenshots, and personal profile identifiable information is explicitly wiped from our active databases. We do not retain shadow profiles. However, anonymized aggregate metadata that cannot be linked to you may be retained for general service analytics.
