If you purchase a paid subscription, your payment information (such as credit card details) is collected and processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store sensitive card data on our servers, only a tokenized identifier provided by Razorpay to manage your subscription.

BullTick uses the collected data for various purposes:

• To provide and maintain the Service.
• To allow you to participate in interactive features (e.g., Risk Calculators).
• To provide customer care and support.
• To calculate and present trading analytics, win rates, and P&L effectively.
• To detect, prevent and address technical issues.

The security of your data is critical to us. We use enterprise-grade encryption for data at rest and in transit. Your trading data is isolated and strictly confidential. Your financial data cannot be accessed, sold, or exposed. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable trading data or strategy insights to outside parties. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.

6. Delete Your Account

You have the right to request the deletion of your account and all associated trading data. Upon deletion, all your trade logs, images, and personal information will be permanently purged from our systems.
