Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which you may cancel your BullTick subscription and receive a refund. This policy is primarily governed by our payment processor, Razorpay.

1. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your BullTick subscription at any time. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term. Once you cancel, you will not be charged again, and you will retain access to premium features until the end of your billing cycle.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Due to the digital nature of the BullTick software service, we generally do not offer refunds for partial-month subscriptions or unused time.

  • Monthly Subscriptions: No refunds are provided for monthly subscriptions once the billing cycle has started.
  • Annual Subscriptions: If you are completely dissatisfied with our service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. Requests made after 14 days will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Renewals: By default, subscriptions auto-renew. We send reminder emails before annual renewals. If you fail to cancel prior to renewal, the charge is generally non-refundable.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@bulltick.app. Please include your registered email address and the reason for the request.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. The funds will automatically be issued back to the original method of payment used during the purchase via our payment gateway, Razorpay.

5. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you open a dispute or chargeback with your bank or credit card company without first contacting our support team, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account.
