BullTick provides users with tools for trade journaling, performance analytics, risk management calculators, and market analysis documentation. The application is intended for educational and analytical purposes only and does not constitute financial or investment advice.

3. User Conduct

• You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes.
• You are strictly prohibited from utilizing the app for illegal trading activities or market manipulation.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
• You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payments and Gateway Integration

Subscription fees and payments are securely processed through our authorized payment partner, Razorpay. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the App.

5. No Financial Advice

Disclaimer: The information provided by BullTick is for journaling and analytical purposes only. We are not registered financial advisors, brokers, or dealers. Any trading performance simulated or recorded in the app does not guarantee future results. Trading involves significant risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors.

6. Intellectual Property

The application and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by BullTick and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
